The Minnesota Cycling Federation (MCF) is the USA Cycling Local Association covering bicycle racing in the State of Minnesota.

The membership of the MCF is comprised of bicycle racing clubs in the upper Midwest, whose purpose is the education and promotion of bicycle racing skills and safety, and the promotion of races for bicycle racers.
