There is a printable form to fill out by hand and mail to me.  There is 
also an email order form to save paper, simply fill in quantity and size 
and email back to me.  Make payments payable to County Cycles.

I will be compiling the orders, so please make sure these get to me, not 
County Cycles.

Dec. 18 is the order deadline.  Fit kits at CC tonite until 8!
