[GW] Cyclocross Season & Team Meeting

I'll add that not only is Malte at the top of the CRY for C3 (despite
being mis-grouped C1 twice), he's finished in the top 5 in the overall
C race for his last 5 races. Nice job for his first cross season! (me,
the proud host father).

Thanks for all the support this year, and it was great fun to cheer on
the rest of the team. I had a blast, improved at every race and
learned a TON this season. I'm really glad i joined up.
