Subject: [GW] Red Barn Cyclocross Race Volunteers
 
Hello Gophers,
 
With this beautiful fall like weather comes cyclocross season.  And with cyclocross season comes the second annual Gopher Wheelmen’s Red Barn Classic Cyclocross Race at the Erickson Brothers Tree Farm in Taylors Falls.  But we can’t put on this race without the help of you wonderful GW volunteers.  So… with this e-mail, you are officially invited to help us put on this great event.  
 
Below is a list of all of the duties and number of people we need.  Those who have already volunteered are listed.  Please respond directly to me and let me know if you can help.  Please tell me if there are particular volunteer jobs you are more interested in doing than others.  Also let me know if you want to work a half day or a full day shift.  We plan to have a GW party after the racing is done, so it should be a really fun time.
