[GW] GW training ride tonight

Hi all,

I hope to see a great turn out for our club ride tonight.  Good luck to those who are heading to Opus to race.

Lets try to regroup (within reason) after fast sections of the ride.  We will do the short GW route, with a plan
to go around Bald Eagle Lake, and then the option of the xtra loop up 7 and around the apple orchard area, back to WBL to the 
shop.
