[GW] Red Barn Classic Volunteers

Hi Gophers,

 

It is that time of year again.  Beautiful weather, crisp air, cyclocross,
and the camaraderie of your fellow rodents at the Red Barn Cyclocross
Classic.  We put on one of the best races on the calendar.  We expect this
year to be bigger and better than ever.  So.  That means we really need your
help.  Please respond to this e-mail and let me know if you can volunteer at
the race.  We need people for setup crews, registration, parking and corner
marshals (as well as a few other fun things like cooking hot dogs).  So let
me know which of these task you can or would like to do.

 

Course setup  9:00 - 12:00

Registration 10:30 - 1:30

Course marshal 11:45 - 3:00

Parking  10:00 - 2:00

Food and beer server  12:00 - 3:30

 

If you can only do part of a shift (e.g. you plan to race, or have other
commitments) that is useful to know too.  I can work around your schedule.
