[GW] KWMR volunteers and thanks

Hi everyone.  We are progressing with volunteers.
We are sitting well with Set up, Registration, Clean up and Chip retrieval.
We need 3 more people for corners, wave 1 and 4 more for corners, wave 2.
I will send out a completed registration roster with instructions next week.
Thanks again for all of your help.

2008 KWMRR Volunteers

A 4-5  person crew from Boulder Options will sweep the course on Friday afternoon/early evening.
Course Set-up and Sweep- Arrive 6:45 am
1.      coordinator -                        Bring a sweeper if you have one. 
We will need 4  people in total.
 
Awards: Ron Kadera and Sherry Berde
 
Sag wagon and Lunches-  The designated person will provide lunches to volunteer corner marshals.  
 
Registration - Arrive 7:15am  End- 11:15 AM  If you are racing you can leave early to accommodate your race.  Let me know.
Coordinator:  Sherry Berde.  Instructions will be provided upon arrival.    
We will need 7 people         
Cashiers-Arrive 7:15 am- End 11:15 am  (if you are racing you can do a half shift)
1.      Paul Arsenault, cash coordinator.  We will need 3 people.  I think that Mark O will be a cashier too. 
 
Wave 1 Corners - Arrive 8:30am .End 11:30  Corner manager:     meet  at  GW tent.  We will need 9 people.
We will need 2chip retrieval persons for wave 1.  You will be responsible for collecting chips as people finish their race, and from those who don't finish . 
 
Wave 2 Corners - Arrive at 11:10- End 2:30-   Meet  at GW tent.  We will need 9 people.
We will need 2 chip retrieval persons for wave 2.
