Hmmm... Weather Underground predicts that it will be dry tomorrow.  Even partly sunny in Rochester.  Cold (high of 45 to 50) and windy, but DRY.

The weather guy on public radio this morning said it would be dry tomorrow too.

I'm optimistic....
