[GW] Gopher Wheelmen roster email

FYI, I will be mailing out the updated GW roster on the 1st.  Couple of things; please don't panic if you've actually given me/sent me your renewal but don't receive my email on the 1st.  It probably means I have an old email for you.  Send me an email and I'll check into it and get back to you pronto.  
   
  Second, if you know someone who you think intended to renew, but you don't see their name on the email when I send out the updated roster, please let them know so they can send me an email to let me check into it.
   
  We're getting close to the end of the month, so you shouldn't see too many more emails from me on the subject ;-)
   
  Please also remember that I am creating my own email list using the email addresses I have on the roster.  I am doing this because I know the gopher email goes out to folks who are not on our team (I think that's fine, btw).  Because the email will contain personal info like date of birth and phone numbers/addresses, I wanted to make sure it goes out only to our fellow teammates.
   
  Thanks again to everyone who has gotten their renewals in!  For our new members, I will send a welcome letter via email.  I actually plan on sending out info about our benefits with our sponsor (County Cycles) to everyone on our team.  Feel free to hit the delete key; I'd just had a few questions from a few renewing members, so thought it wouldn't hurt to get everyone the info.  Honestly, it's a really great benefit to being on the team and I'd hate to see anyone miss the opportunity to use it simply because they didn't know it was available or didn't know how to use it.
