[GW] Team rides

When do our Tuesday rides usually start?  Do they typically break into a couple of groups (as much as I'd love to say I can ride with the men's Cat 3's, someone once told me that lying is a bad thing)?
   
  Obviously it's early, but I'm also seeing other teams Blogging about doing rides (too hard core for me), so I'm curious as to when we usually get out there.   
   
  Ken Woods is only six weeks away, right?  How do we get ready for that in such a short time????
